About Us

We take an active approach to portfolio management, applying decades of experience to promptly asses risk, and act accordingly to maximise upside opportunity or reduce downside exposure.

To execute our investment strategy, Belvedere uses a combination of tools including:

  • Macro assessment of the economy;
  • Sector and industry trends;
  • Fundamental analysis of the company’s balance sheets;
  • Company valuation;
  • Objective assessment of the executive management team;
  • Thorough scrutiny of research reports; and
  • Charting techniques to finesse entry and exit levels.

If we are unable to identify a share which meets our criteria we will have no hesitation to hold the funds in cash until a compelling proposition presents.  Belvedere believes that by investing in quality, well-managed companies at the right prices, out-performance over the medium term can be delivered.
